Dr. Daniel Maylene
Chief Physician
Nuke City Medical Department Dear Dr. Maylene:
The purpose of this letter is to announce my resignation from the NCMD, effective two weeks from this date.
This was not an easy decision to make, on my part. The past years have been very rewarding. I've enjoyed working for you and helping the public of Nuke City. I will never forget the feeling I felt inside when I completed my first successful procedure in the operating room.
As you most likely have heard however, I have recently won the first annual Nuke City Lotto, and I have successfully invested the money that I earned. I now have enough money to last me the rest of my life. I am going into early retirement, as I have bought a cabanna on a private island in the warm waters of the caribbean. I am currently making my final preparations for my move, as my flight will leave on April 16. The years I have spent here at the NCMD have molded me into the man I am today and I am very pleased to have the experience and knowledge I sought to learn at the Nuke City Medical Department.
I wish you and the hospital all the best. I know you are the only man here that can keep it running and that you will keep the people of Nuke City safe. I do hope our paths cross again in the future.
Sincerely,
Gordan H. Fisherman
