From this point on, Bids must be at least 1k higher than the last bid. The only exception is next bid after this post which only has to bid 7k, so we don't have decimal points.

wow, this is for just a one month rental?

I'm wondering.. are people unaware that its only for one month or do they really have nothing better to spend money on?

I mean most other hideouts are taken or not for sale. I'd rather buy the small hideout above the 7/11 but otherwise no I guess.

I believe perlov is planning an auction on one, or both of the two locked properties, can't say when though.
