I thought these would come in handy for more rp in the server..

Murder mod:
This mod removes a dead body and replaces it with a model that will stay for x amount of time.
I figured meds could come id the body if possible and then the body will be there for a body count aswell.

Flash light item:

With this mod we could use a flash light with out needing a gun.
We can now see on the roof tops if we have one of these.

PD Rope Mod:
Now this is perfection in a plugin.
This will solve all of the police departments issues with those cuffed ones that just wont go to pd.

This plugin ties a rope around the targeted player and drags them where ever you go.
as a PD Officer I know for a fact its a bitch to have to get an idiot to just know he is caught when he is cuffed.

So this is HIGHLY IN NEED!!!

Tax Mod

X amount of money from person's account goes to mayor's account, which is then used for government services. This would fix the PD's tazer/budget issue. Amount of $$$ from person's account depends on their salary.

I like tax mod but there should be an IRS job. If the people dont pay there taxes then they either get called and after that even get arrested. THis goes in the plugins/suggestions area!

In one of my old servers, there was a forensics mod where anyone killed turned into a body and if you pressed use by it, a list of the forensics came up. It gave the weapon he was killed by, the name of the person, and the ability to take any money he had on him at the time of death.

That would be awesome. The NCMO needs some sort of budget system.
Murder Mod/Flash Light as an item would be awesome, but the PD rope I've seen in other servers, and the police abuse them (at least in the other servers).
