Hello my Citizens! Election time is upon us again and I have announced that I will be running for office for a second term. I would appreciate your support at the ballot boxes in a few days. You all know me quite well and let me assure you if I remain in office the crime rate will drop in this wondrous City and you will remain in safe, trustworthy hands. It's come to my attention that a new, dangerous task force (// The Yakuza) has joined the city recently and have set up operations in this City, this is a very serious issue and I will be attempting to control and remove the crime. But before all these radical changes can happen I need your support my fellow friends. I have been your mayor thus far and I have not neglected your rights or my responsibilities. I will be giving another speech outlining in detail my plans closer to the election, this is not my election speech but a speech letting you know what I think and wanting to know what you think, as that is the most important thing to me; your opinion. So please feel free to write a response to this speech with what you think needs addressing most of all and where you stand. I thank you for your time and effort citizens.
