Hello citizens of NukeCity!
This is your mayor, Adam Eddington.
The time has come for me to act upon some pressing issues, which are impeding on your lifestyles. My first issue I would like to address is the lack of facilities available to the working class citizens of Nuke City. I am offering every citizen of NukeCity a dwelling to sleep in and live in. Not a day goes past when I don't see an accident on the roads, or a man assulting another man...Yes, in time these issues will be addressed. But for now im asking YOU, the people of this great town; Do you think I should provide a dwelling for every person in town? Fill out this anonymous questionnaire with your opinion and drop it in the ballot box!
(( PS: For those wishing employment in the Mayoral Office, write up an app in the NCMO section, following MY format ))

((What the hell do hobos really need a shelter for? Its not like it ever gets cold or rains in NC.))

It think it'd be a true waste of the cities coffers, instead you need to look at spending more on creating new jobs.

(( There might not be a reason, hence this thread. But the IC goal is to provide people in the server with a semi-private place to plan things IC in. It also puts my personal property to better use. ))
I thank you for your input. In regards to the issue of job creation, this isn't an issue as many employment opportunities are available in Nuke City. If you have any further questions of queries please drop down to my office and have a chat with me.

Then I lack to see any reason there should be any homeless persons, and thus a homeless shelter.

I agree with this man, there are plenty of jobs available.. the "homeless" are merely lazy, or are blowing all their money on booze and heroin. no need to reward that behavior.

My thanks extend to all of you who participated in this discussion and submitted your input.
Due to the results of the ballot I am not going to provide a facility for every person in Nuke City. This isn't simply a case of 'Majority rule' as under this democratic system the rights and issues of the minority are zealously protected. The next issue which I shall be tackling will be announced in the near future. I thank you for your time and participation.

(( This is the IC section, therefore you don't know that there were 5 votes. It was a non-compulsory vote as the people who took the effort to come vote actually meant what they said. This is the IC section so don't post stuff like that, if you have nothing constructive to say in this section then don't say anything. And it's pretty obvious that there were 5 votes, I can count. ))
