Thus far, we've only recruited via in-game advertisements, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, in that order. No exceptions. The only OOC consideration taken in to account is your past RP experience, and usually it's easy to tell if some one is new or not, and if some one is acceptable by our standards, which are quite high, relatively speaking.
Anyways, you probably won't be getting a job with the Mafia. We currently overwhelm and overpower the other orgs in the server. We need to wait for it to balance out.
