"Hello and good evening. I am Jerry Donohue, and Tonight we have a special edition for our viewers, covering the recent decisions of the Mayor of Nuke City. Recently elected Mayor James Shultz has done many great things for Nuke City since his announcement of campaign. The Mayor Shutz has acted strongly and eradicated unemployment, started a fund for a homeless shelter, and opened a casino in Nuke City, in which all funds will go directly to the homeless fund."
"However, in light of the recent attacks on his life by members of the community, Mayor Shultz is with us today to discuss a few new things on his agenda. As you all know, Mayor Shultz was attacked in the Firebird Casino last week, while trying to endorse the new facility. He escaped barely, and is here with us today, please join me in welcoming Mayor Shultz!"
Jerry Donohue: "So tell me Mayor Shultz, have they caught the violent animals who attacked your coomunity center?"
Mayor Shultz: "No, I am afraid not, the men who were involved seem to have evaded our respectful police force for the time being, but they are working diligently to find the culprits."
Jerry Donohue: "Well, I hope that justice is served and those men get what they deserve for attacking a public official. So, tell me of these new laws you are passing tomorrow."
Mayor Shultz: "I have a whole new set of laws that will be enacted tomorrow. I am declaring war on organized crime, we will be having strong investigations into the local mafia and it's affiliates. Anyone found in connection with the mafia, will be given a life sentence in prison and held accountable for all of the mafia's actions. I am also bringing back prohibition, and enforcing stricter laws against drug usage. The government has tolerated crime for far too long, it is time that the people can rest knowing that there isn't a man with a gun outside their window. We have witnesses and testimonies against one of Nuke City's most notorious criminal figures, Maxwell Murdock. I am issueing a state wide search for this man, he wanted on many accounts of bribery, extortion, robbery, drug and weapon trafficing, murder, and most recently, tampering with a government election. I am working closely with the CIA, the police chief, and the police commisioner to find this criminal and convict him. I believe if we can find this man, our city will be safe and at peace once again. We have several of his own men that are willing to testify against him, due to his recent attacks on the government. All of this will be described under my new act, the Freedom Act, which is available at city hall."
Jerry Donohue: "Wow, it sounds like you are very busy these days, isn't it true that you had connections with the mafia in the past?"
Mayor Shultz: "Yes sir, but I have long since distanced myself from them. My connection was a business one, they began to extend their greed to lengths I could not go. So, here I am today, fighting the very men I shook hands with. The difference between those men, and myself, is I have seen the error of my ways, and now support the good people of Nuke City."
Jerry Donohue: "Well we all know you are a busy man, so I'll let you get back to work, thanks again for joining us. Let's have another applause for Mayor Shultz!"
Mayor Shultz: "Thank you, and to those who would have me dead. You have the entire Nuke City government including the CIA, NCPD, SWAT, and Mayors office after you. Those who would turn themselves in, will be given a full pardon, we are only after the heads of the mafia. We will shut you down, and we are coming for you."
_________________ Quote: Two hours later Shultz still wondering about the night befor called up his drinking buddy Katamari and asked what happen, although katamaris speech was slurred due to being hung over shultz could still make out some of it,"durrr we weresz at teh bar and teh fat hoe be looking up at you and she be saying sumethin bout darts and indians scalpen mexicans"
