I like the idea, but I wouldn't recommend getting that plugin yet.

At least wait until they fix the knife jamming.

After playing a "Jagged Alliance" mod, I've learned how much getting a jammed gun in a fight really can be.

*Butch drops behind a counter in the bar and waits for the guys to slow down in their shooting. Crawling to the side he stands up and aims at the two men armed with MP5K's. Squeezing the trigger, the gun clicks once and nothing more happens. As quickly as he came up, he was mowed down by more gunfire*

Seriously, jammed guns can really screw up those hero moments some people have...

ummmm random problem....some guns dont jam =X. All revlovers aka ranging bull wont jam. The AK-47 pratically never james. Most pistols jam after 100 or more shots=P. SMG's jam more often, over heating would be more realistic. also to be really relalistic would be mussle blinding, cause at night if you shoot a gun the light from the barrle will blind you....also shotguns cant jam unless there automatic.......

I like the jamming idea, but jamming depends on many factors in real life.

1). How clean/well maintained the weapon is
2). Type of weapon
3). Strength of magazine springs (old mags have weaker springs and don't feed as well)

Among other things. Maybe we could have like a "weapon cleaning kit" or something like that that would reduce jamming, or another way to avoid it. Or make the jame rate lower for professionals IE. Make cop's guns jam less than say a Mafia Associate's because the cop knows how to take care of his weapon.
