Here Some TOOLS that would be good
1.Cuff Cutter:Takes 10sec and uncuffs person
2. Lower Tazer Range
3. Remove Highway: U could make 3 stores in that area
4. Make Models For Gangs
5. Also Make 7/11 Bigger
6. Make Item interface better

The cuff cutter isn't a really good idea... then people can always break from handcuffs and get a gun to kill the cops.

well it would actually be more fair for not only the guy whos cuffed but also the cops cuz it might bring out the good rper in the cops cuz they have a challenge to beat which is cuffed people escaping and killing them now if the cop was smart he would immediately pull his gun out on the guy that was tryin to break free and the cop would shoot him in the foot or somethin as a warning for next time the guy tries to get out forcing the cuffed guy to go to jail or get owned

Most of those ideas sound just for gang bangers.

Cuff cutter: Obvious one.

Lower Tazer Range: Another obvious one

Remove Highway for Stores: More places to rob, but also more
properties so it kind of works both ways, but mostly for gangs.

Make 7/11 bigger: More places to hide, et cetera.

Make item interface better: Would be helpful to all.

The only disadvantage to that is the "He's breaking a law to get out of punishment for breaking a law" thing.

As a cop, if a guy starts shooting at me to freee his friend, I shoot back. If a guy wants to pay bail for his friend, I say no to it.

Now if a guy cuts free of his cuffs, there will be, without a doubt, cops who will kill the prisoner before he has a chance to escape. Reason? Here it is:

As a cop, I learned that once a person gets free, it not only allows OTHER people to attack you, (Because you're not escorting cuffed anymore) but the guy that was cuffed, will do everything in his power to kill you. That means even if you have a SPAS12 and are ten feeet away (Obviously you'll win) then the guy that broke free, will run at you anyway, or try a bunch of fancy maneuvers that are bad RP.

In any case, the cuff cutters are bad RP and if they ARE allowed, then they should go for around 1mil a cutter or so, to prevent just any gang member from always escaping.

Well idk if u notice all cops do is. Dont SHoot were coming in 2 talk *tazer* ur under arrest. so i mean tazer is abused so much.

Also The Removing High Way would Help. Doesnt Have 2 Be Stores it could be a small park, mall,ect. I mean they could be stores but not all stores have 2 be robbable. Also Make Stores Bigger would help cops and robbers.

Cuff Cutter - Someone else cuts them for you, not yourself cutting them.

Removing Highway - It's useless other than going on roofs for mostly non-Role-Play reasons.

Making 7/11 bigger - A cool thing would be that you make the side door openable, and the other door at the left end of the store would be like.. Stairs to a second floor or just like.. Back Storage or simply a washroom.

If the tazer range is shortened, most cops will probably die in robberies... and just think the tazer is a shootable one cause of the range.

But it only has 1 shot ^_^ I think some cops spam the tazer button :p u should make it so they have 1 shot before it recharges since you have to rewind it up :p

I mean when you press they key, what if it misses? like your not aimed at em, they shouldn't be allowed to spam the tazer key until it hits because cops only get "1" shot.

No, cops have it hard enough as it is. Stop suggesting things that make it even harder for them. The cuff cutters and "missing" tazers are both designed to help criminals escape, not to further RP>

I just noticed how hard it is for a cop, stop trying to make it harder for them. We need more cops, not less. If those items get made, most cops will probably quit.

Alize, I commend you for stating your point about the tazer. I now understand what you mean, for you have opened my eyes. However, as a former officer, I realize how hard it is to use a tazer in the game, mainly because the suspects do all kinds of crazy running maneuvers when they are attempting to evade the officer, which would not actually occur in real life. Very Happy

It would rock if thier was a pistol whip mod :p then you cops could throw or bash the person with your pistol then tazer BUT then it would ruin gameplay since gangs would abuse it sooooo maybe a pin mod for cops xD where you can dive at em and paralyze then for a second or two :p ONLY for cops :p but if they dive and miss, they can't use for another few minutes since it takes energy to throw yourself Smile

I actually like the idea of a pistol whip ability, for cops who are arresting, and hostage takers. I understand what you mean about it being abused though. Anyway, if you have ideas for this, post this idea in the Plug-in section.

...a problem with removing the highway and ect: you would have to edit the map alone, not just the coding...

Get an M4 or a sawn off. Go to console type "bind <key> +alt2". I can't remember what the default was. Anyways, you should rifle but some guy with that. It'd be cool if you wack 'em in the head and they get knocked out. Perhaps a grab mod as well so you can actually "take" a hostage.

Ever since I went to dests and was chloroformed, rope modded, and thrown in the dumpster, then chloroformed again and again for nearly 20 minutes by Diego Trazez, I've hated any knockout/grab mods...
