Man, I am really sick of seeing posts that have no proper formating, punctuation and formating. Let me use a post somewhere on this board for an example, I will change the formating around and show you how hard it is to read:
For a non-admin, having the ability to come to this section and post ban requests for the admins to carry out is a priviledge, not a right. So beforeyou attempt to exercise this priviledge, please take the time to go over all of the essential facts, ideas, problems, and concerns that come with every ban request. Proof is always needed to provide evidence that a ban-worthy infraction was committed. It can come in the form of witness testimonies, chatlogs, screenshots, and, more importantly, demos. To insure that you are able to deliver the evidence you have gathered with the least amount of hassle, be sure to check for reliable file hosting services found here:

http://photobucket.com/.Chatlogs should be kept as original as possible, meaning the chatlogs should look as though they had been taken straight out of the program. Including the time of each entry and/or taking screenshots of the actual chat will help. DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE LOGS IN ANYWAY! Even copying and pasting small parts of a log leaves room for suspicion that valuable information was left out. Who, What, When, Where, Why, STEAM ID You want as much information about the acclaimed event as possible! Things to include: Name - In-game name, user name, screen name (if applicable), etc. Infraction - Give a detailed description of what was going on at the time surrounding the incident, and be as specific as possible as to what the person had done wrong. Time - Give a very specific time-frame as to when the infraction(s) occurred. Be sure to include the time, date, time zone, etc. Place - Did it occur on a game server? What part of the map? Or maybe it occurred over IRC or some other program related to Nukesilo. If it occurred privately on a chat program, such as AIM, it is not a matter to be placed into Nukesilo's hands. Reason - Why did this occur? Be very specific. Leave no stone unturned. Was it provoked? Could there have been an outside or underlying reason for this to have occurred? If the parties involved don't provide all of the proper information, we will use our resources to find out! **If the infraction occurred on a game server, be sure to include the STEAM IDs of all of the parties involved! This can be found by typing "status" into the console. Here is an abbreviated, fictional example of a ban request that an admin is looking for: Example modeled after Xerxes' requests. wrote:

Additional Comments: <anything else that you feel must be said can go here>What you Need to Consider: Banning someone from a server or community is a serious, harsh punishment. Really take the time to think about the consequences of formulating a ban request. You could be doing a lot more harm than good. Just as the ability to propose ban requests as a non-admin is a priviledge, so is the ability to play on Nukesilo's servers, listen to Nukesilo's radio station, post on Nukesilo's forums, or talk on Nukesilo's IRC channel. If your ban request is carried out, the priviledges of the parties affected by it are taken away. You are, in fact, helping to deny those parties the ability to have fun in Nukesilo's facilities. So, please, think about this: Is it worth it? Try and think about all the factors surrounding the cause for a ban request. Consider what was going on at the time, what was affecting the situation. Think about how your attitude was affecting you, and how another person's was affecting theres. Often times, there are more factors involved than what you see in front of you; some might have nothing to do with Nukesilo. A lot of variables go into the equation, and it is your job to even it out. Finally, try to make sense of it. Should this person be banned? Are you going to suffer over their presence in the server, and lack of punishment for their crimes, forever? Perhaps, it was just a one-time-deal that needs nothing but a little forgive-and-forget. Answer all of these questions truthfully. Make sure your mind is clear of bias, prejudice, and fatigue. If you still feel that the guilty person must be banned, by all means, post a request. That is what the section exists for. But you must be able to prove to yourself that the person is deserving of this punishment...beyond a reasonable doubt.
