I suggest to get people to want to be cop is increase the pay bye at least 10$
this worked on other servers and i have seen a decline in cop activity on nuke so i just thought i would bring it up here.

If I am elected as mayor, I will personally pay bonuses to new cops. That should help to increase the force somewhat.

Higher pays usually lead to lazy cops, or cops that are in for just money.

Do as deebz said, it encourages people wanting to join and makes people want to RP better.

I enjoying being PD, but I have to admit that there is a lack of active with the PD. My self included. I have a career that requires a lot of my time; working sometimes 17 hours a day or even over 24 hours.

Some people, however, make it extremely difficult to RP and/or be a Police Officer. That doesnt always make it easy to recruit other officers, nor does it help to keep what few you have.

Yeah, Im starting to agree. We have alot of PD, but almost all of them have no clue what to do, then they always go to me and tell me what they did, and tell me to train them. But I have no time because of constant robberries /me goes insane and starts speaking gibberish
