Hello Fellow nukesilo, I am tring to start a TSRP server for me and my friends. But my skill with AMX is little to none, Can anyone help me get started? I mean What exactly will i need to download and where do i find the correct plugin for the TSRP server. If you know anything about how. Please post. Me and my friends are realy counting on you guys -kyle thanks

Dont bother, its way to hard to start without having the knowledge of hlds, mysql..amx, and so on. Im not saying this because im an ass hole just saying it because its actually harder than you may think.

Ditto. I say no matter what kinda server you start it is a good idea to have good knowledge of HLDS. And AMX if you use that.

Well you only need knowledge of HLDS and amx if your going for a half-life server, otherwise you can't use hlds

yeah man i try to do my own TSRP server didnt work even thoe i know alot amxx i dont know much about mysql. I set it up according to this one website i went didnt work and plus u need a killer machine otherwise LAG

Ive gotten as far as, adding all the plugins. Fixing the stupid confg stuff, and now i just need to know where i can find a mysql host. Plus Im using hld, and it says it has to restart every time i try to use the GUI. Im climbing the mountain, and almost on top. Its all ready to run except mysql Stuff, Can someone explain how to find a host, then enter the stuff in the config mysql place..btw Im still BANNED from nukesilo even though llll said he would unban me like 3-4 days ago >.> -kyle

Google "mysql 4.1" and install it on your computer, then restart and run it.
