This plugin will improve RP as people cant kill because "i saw you kill my fellow gang member" in the top right.

However, admins will get kill messages printed in console. If someone says bob is dming, an admin can open console and easily see bob killed 3 people in a short time.

Yes and...NO.

Yes: Prevents things such as DMing and RKing from going on.

NO: ...A well rp'd kill would require witnesses to tell Police what happened. I mean, a pair of the Mafia's "Finest" boys get to work on a Yakuza sucka (Just used for an example, these may or may not reflect my views on any of the aforementioned parties) in a back alley with a knife and a Silenced .22. The police would either need a Stoolie to tell them, or for a detrective to examine the scene.

Note: This gives me a weird but cool idea. Not typing it tonight, since I cut one of my major typing fingers really bad, and it's a real bitch typing without it.

I like the idea. Some people see that up top and go out and kill the guy who killed the guy who was in the guy's gang. And they get away with it even though they were a mile away. 1st hand experience. I'm not going to say any names though.

What about hits? People who hired him would not know if the hitman just got lazy, and said Hit Complete when he didn't do anything, but he still gets paid.

How bout only showing it in the console?

The problem is OOC is almost never on so Hitman do hits and say "Hit Complete" in normal talk but the "hitted" never see it so they scream DM which starts this huge arguement.

I used to say "Hit Complete!" in advert. Maybe it wasn't exactly an advert but it pretty much always was read because advert was always on. And since I advertised that I was a hitman, I might as well have advertised when I did some business, like customer satisfaction. I really like this idea though. Jesse has a good thought.

I honestly think the "Hit Complete!" message is stupid. Honestly, who would advertise that they have killed somebody? That's like going to a murder scene in which somebody has just died and jumping in front of the camera and saying "I DID! PAY ME MY MOTHA f**king' MONEY!". No, I personally do something like, "sms <insert name here> Subject: <Target> Status: Dead" or something like that. I think the MCPD should be able to arrest those who say it over advert/cnn.

If noone knew who killed, people could start DMing, BUT, how about it shows the criminals steam ID instead of their name. That way if they go on a MAJOR killing spree, you can report them, and if they kill 1-3 people, cops have to find out.
