I think that there should be a job. News reporter if there already isn't, and they should have unlimited CNN. I was doing some news reports for the past two days, and I found that I never could finish because I kept getting cut off.

This is a good idea, I can tell the reporter that I took over a location then they can use CNN to tell everyone else.

you might wanna give mayor/MCPD/SWAT/CIA limited CNN abilities so that they can anounce emergencys if a reporter isn't on.
Only give these limited powers to high level people in those orgonizations, however.

Then how would we report on the situation, trying to clear the streets etc. if higher-ranking MCPD etc. aren't on and only us lower-ranking are? I still think it's a good initial idea however.
