There is two simple things we use to determin disrepect:

1) The admin your disrepecting says when its disrepect.

It truly is up to the admin if its disrepect or not. If you call a admin gay and he says its disrepect and he bans you, I promise you that ban will stay. If you call another admin gay, and he doesn't care, then nothing will happen. Its up to the admin on the call.

However, if you disrepecting a admin when hes not around, or just obvious disrepect, then another admin can make the call to whatever it is disrepect or not.

2) There is no "Joking Around" when it comes to disrepect.

Never joke around with disrepecting admins, never. Everyone takes a joke differently. Joke about something else. Now the execption to this is if the admin doesn't mind. However, if you get banned and you say "It was only a joke", too bad your banned, live with it.

3) IC on tsrp is not a valid reason to say why you disrepected someone.

In TSRP, saying you were disrespecting a admin but it was in-character so its alright, is not correct. It is not alright. Sure there is some ic insults that will go by alright, but ic or not, if the admin thinks its too far, then it will be taken as disrespect.

Thats not the only reason. He also did not follow the ban/abuse area rules of not to post in a post until a head admin makes the final call. Its only until tommorow, everyone can surivive through it.

I agree with this But I do Expect Respect from the Admin's as well. I wont take trash jsut becuase they are admin's. As an Example Luke. When he was in the CIA he had no respect for me or the CIA or my Rule's So i was forced to Fire him. that is jsut the way it go's If I dont recive respect I cant Give respect its not one way. Do you udnerstand what i am trying to say?

Yeah i was playing in the server with Aero yester day and i shout "Aero SUX!" just to get a reaction and he warns me that im disrespecting an admin,so i said sorry and was on my merry way.I think its safe to say i didn't talk to him for the rest of the day.

It really shouldn't because admin is ooc.... But if // isn't gonna be the official ooc thing it cannot be determined if they say it ic or ooc...

In my opinion // should be made ooc officially so we can better enforce this rule.

Well, if you're talking to this really @ss of an admin (not saying anbody IS one) or if the admin hates you, and you crack a joke without ANY swears or mean-spirited words, and he says it's disrespecting (like a ur mom joke), and two other admins r like "dude... chill... he doesn't really mean ur mom eats computers", but he insists it was disrespect. What happens?
