i don't beleive he has a vendetta agianst them, he didn't want them to have a forum board because the head ppl of the regime aren't staff. maybe if they were staffed.

If you find a admin who wants to put their free board to it, its fine. With head admins, we can't make a board for our friends or our enemys though, so you will have to find someone whose not a head admin.
