Well iv been sittin here, raining outsaide, dont have much els to do. SO i decided to fool on photoshop, than i couldnt think of waht to do. So i came to check the forums and saw the ugly layout the nukesilo.net has, and STARTED on a new one. Its not the best yet, i just made it so its always avalable for updates (i have to versions but 1 version is only half done).

Well guys tell me what ya thing, i can also turn the links to look like buttons for a better image map effect.

Well, im kinda making a site. Its already been approved and s*it. i just gotta finish it up with some PHP stuff.

And its kinda blurry to read.

BTW, image maps suck. They are the worst way to make websites.

I know, which is why im vcreating buttons, But PHP sites? Those are no fun, they ruin the point of a forum.
And what exactly is the difference between image maps and standard links we have now? Nthing but good looks. So i guess its the same as a link.

Okay well fine, since you are makeing the site i dotn wanna have to go through that affort with absolutely no success so i made a new forum logo, cause the one sneaky made is horrid (no offence, it was when he was new to photoshop)

ummm guys i work at a production company with like the Digital pen Tablets...in fact im sitting at a desk with 2 Mac G5's with 2 cinema Displays and if you want i could do some design...cuz im pretty good oin that area and ive got some amazing hardware

I guess i can unblurr the font a little, untill luke gets his done.

Well, what i could do, is if chupa fixes those up, i could implimant them in.

BUT, they have to be clear to read and cannot be image mapped...

I can handle that. But luke, do you use Photoshop? Because we can just erase the writing, and use the link bar, and add text overtop useing iported text images, if you understood anything i just said there lol.

Thats what i have so far, on my screen its clear enough to see everything, but maybe you have a darker monitor than i do.

One thing is though, instead of having the frame around the whole sub navigation, have it just come out of the sub navigation. Like:
