i made a render cause im new and a sig bg for sell up for creds and the other angel things RnC on all

i have this really slick wallpaper... here's the link: http://ben.xupz.com/images/pantera_ben.jpg, look at it carefully and try to:

- cut out and resize the main part of the image including the electricity behind to fit a sig...

- HARDEST PART: give the electricity behind it animation... no shiny s*it, make it electrify.
