Nope, he was outside of the window ledge when he slid in. New one. "There are three words in the English language that end in GRY. Two are HUNGRY and ANGRY. The third one everyone uses every day and knows what it stands for. If you listened carefully, I already told you what the word is." |

Solved by the phrase "I am hungry". It is the third word and ends it GRY |

I'll agree with Kitty's answer, but then the riddle is worded improperly. And the building riddle was good, Wake. |

There are 3 sugar cubes on the table. You take one away, how many do you have now? |
Author: | KM Kitty [ 19 Mar 2009, 12:29 ] |
Post subject: | Re: Smart People Only |
3 because you still have the one you took away |

No, you have one, the one you took away. A pipe, a carrot, and a couple sticks are lying together in a watery field. Why? |

Dunno if this has been posted, but I'm not going through eight pages. Quote: You are in a maze. At the end of the maze, there are two doors that lead to two things: a room with an unescapable doom and the exit. Each door has one guard. One guard tells the truth and the other tells only lies. You may ask one question. What do you ask?

Oh, I made up my own answer for this. You kill one, then ask the other if you just killed that guy. If he says yes, then you go to his door. If he says no, you go to the other one. ![]() |

If Bob has 5 apples, and Lisa has 2 apples, why don't they shut up and eat? |

Correct, proper apple eating etiquette implies you must have either 1 or an even number of apples when eating. |

A man wanted to go on vacation from Carson City, Nevada to Los Angeles. He got in his car and travelled 4 days straight on the west bound highway. He never made it there. Why? |

Yeah, that's why it's funny. You'd think LA would be west of Nevada, but no. |

There was a man on a plane trip heading from Paris to Washington D.C. His plane veered off course though, and crashed in a grassy field on an island not far from the coast of France. The plane was destroyed, there was no way of getting it to work. But the next day, he was on another plane headed to D.C. It wasn't a rescue plane. How did he do this? |
