Very Nice question.
I have Beta Tested over 70+ Programs and Games, I wont list them (Becuase Im not allowed to list them)
and remember, when You Beta Teste something, You Can Tell anyone over a forum that You are Beta Testing it, nor can you tell what it is about.

Most Beta test's require you to enter you Street address, name and such, That my friend is a NDA. (Non-Disclosure Agreement), So what you doing right now... Is Illegal if You signed a NDA, which I am sure you did.
(NDA makes it so your not allowed To tell people about it Over a forum.)

Nah they didnt want me to sign a disclosure agreement. So I dont think its illegal Online beta RPGs would be onrpg.com. The rest, try googling beta testing or somethin.

It isnt illegal...if the game has already come out to the public and they arent telling anyone about it or anything just saying "Back before it was out i tested it" no breach in the NDA agreement.
