This act was drawn and signed by the mayor of Nuke City, all laws are effective on February 12th and are to be enforced by all members of the CIA, NCPD, SWAT, and NCMO. Regulation 4.5.1 All suspected members of the Nuke City Mafia are to be arrested and detained for up to 24 hours(( 24 minutes)) for interogation. No lawyer will be provided. All civil rights of the individual in question are suspended until they are proven innocent. If the individual confesses, a fine of $10,000 and a year in prison ((One RL day, You don't have to be in the server for this to count)) will be issued and the individual set free, as long as they swear never to again affiliate with the known mafia. Regulation 4.5.2 Any member of the Nuke City mafia who turns themselves in, will be issued a full pardon in the event that the individual will agree to testify against the wrong doings of the Mafia. Regulation 4.5.3 Prohibition is now re-instated, alcohol is illegal to distribute to the public. Regulation 4.5.4 Any individual caught with drugs or alcohol will be suspected of involement with the Nuke City Mafia, and will be dealt with according to Regulation 4.5.5. Regulation 4.5.5 Any individuals who as suspected of being affiliates will be held for 24 hours ((24 minutes)) for interogation, and information recorded for use against the mafia. Regulation 4.5.6 Any citizen commiting a crime may be subject to questioning of the mafia, if met with resitance, the arresting officer may refer to regulation 4.5.5. Regulation 4.5.7 Any suspected leaders of the Nuke City mafia will be tried in court for murder, extortion, and many other crimes. If found guilty, the individual will be put to death according to state legislature. |

I wanted to show this to you all as a part of the "dictatorship" RP that took place a little over a year ago. Hopefully this is somewhat interesting and idea-provoking those who want to try something new. Note that all of these laws are now void. |
