I know this is a stupid request but i am going to ask anyway. Is there a way I can get you Owners to approve that if the MD is shot up or bloodied up in the lobby there will be a fine pay to me for it say like $100 to $200. |

Very doubtful lolz. Fines theorectically goto the damaged party anyways. But, in the case of the MD, it would goto the city. |

Fines generally "go to the city", but the money is actually discarded as it is paid. It goes to no one specifically. |
