Addition to the joblist : MCPD Negotiator....Pay ?

Reason: In a accual bank robbery situation with hostages the regular officers are not the ones asking for demands, im tired of talking to Explorers and Regular Officers about Demands and Negotiations. A person is brought in, a "Professional", an easy going person that will try to talk the robbers out, let a hostage go, take demands, or surrender. If this job were added it would probly need to be reserved for the uttermost mature RPers.
The person would also need to apply for the job instead of being promoted to it, and they will need to be tested.

PS What happened to the Graffiti Artist job that was gonna be added?

Item "limousine" Price (Special Orderd)

Reason: If we ever get a passenger mod it would be really cool to have some one drive you around to places, driven to partys or importent meetings of course you would probly have to pay by the hour (Minute) if not you would be arrested and fined.

Item "Packaged Weapons" [Obtained by head admins giveing them.]

Reason: It would be nice to accaully see people dealing weapons instead of pulling them out and showing them to the person. Or just intrust them to trusted peole and let them sell them. Plus if these are made i dont wanna see a cop running up to a person yelling freeze and him being disarmed then pulling one out of a package.

Item / Command: Checks [Obtained at the bank.]

(This is a little farfetched)

Details: You would buy checks from the bank, and it would somehow register the checks to you (steamid possibly). When you use it it would pull up a menu like the phone, but instead of the phone stuff there would be...(Examples below)
To: <Insert name here>
Ammount: <Insert amount here>
And when the person goes to cash the check it would alert the person who gave the check, by showing that person (Who gave the check) the amount on the check and who its for, and you could eather decline the check or accept the money transfer..now i know this could cause some problems but i thought id just suggest it.
