Seeing all the people wanting to be CIA, or SWAT as soon as they join the server and the leader is on. I think people should have to serve some time in MCPD before they can even consiter joining SWAT or CIA. It would probablly get more people in MCPD for awhile, before they're moved up into SWAT or CIA. Just a suggestion.. >.> |

For SWAT, yes. But CIA is completely different than MCPD. I am able to find good RPers by telling an agent to try and RP with them. If they seem to RP well, then I test them. Anybody who applies gets a chance, but if your MCPD or SWAT, I do give them more leniance. Besides, CIA is low on members as it is. |
