I know alot of people run over people for fun and drive off, sometimes people run in the street to make themselves get run over. But I suggest if cops or civilians run over people for no reason and drive off they should pay some fine, unless they heal them (which never happens..). Yes i know people aren't supposed to walk in the streets but we always have done this before the car mod came along and its kinda a bad habit to break. So u can take my suggestion into question but i think it wont happen but i tried
