Ok, for law enforcement:

SWAT-They should have a Tactical Shield. What could happen is it gives them 1000 life and 1000 armor but they can't carry or use any weapon and they MUST walk at the slowest pace. This way, they can act as a shield in assaults and whatnot, and it's the closest anybody can get to a real tactical shield.

CIA-Flash pen. They can run up to somebody, use this item, and that person is blinded for 10 seconds. This can be useful in capturing for interrogations, etc. It MUST NOT be abused, and if it's given to CIA agents they must be TRUSTED members.

that's it for law enforcement, they're pretty stacked.

Kidnappers-Ok, here's how kidnappings go nowadays:

Kidnapper: /me pulls out a combat knife and points it at Bob's back.
Kidnapper: /me binds Bob's hands behind his back and strips him of all weapons.
Then, Bob turns around, pulls out a Mossberg, and blows Kidnapper's face back to the lab.

Kidnappers need an item that acts like a cuff in that it makes people drop their weapons and can't pick up weapons or kungfu. Again, this can be thoroughly abused, and should only be SOLD to trusted characters. The Mafia or some gang can stock this and sell it (through many middlemen).

BETTER YET! It could be an ability like /forcedoor instead, /bindtarget or something, and it says *Mike Yoh is binding and gagging Dest Romano* and you have to stay there. If the person moves or u move, then it's over. It's nice rp cuz u can have like an accomplice with a berret in his face saying, "Move and I'll blow ur brains out", to give him an incentive to stay still and get bound.

Lastly, could you turn of the "so and so" killed "so and so". It's just too hard to rp when you KNOW who the killer is but you ahve to RP you DON'T know. Just show "so and so" was killed with a "weapon" or something like that. If it was a dm, the victim can just tell the admin and get one or two witnesses. It'd really help hitmen and assasinations out, and it could lead to some good rp of the CIA investigating who was the murderer and such. (fix) Yea is there a way for ADMINS to see it but not normal players?

Admins should see the kills otherwise the person could deny killing them or the person saying they dmed could be lying because they do not lkie them.

A search warrant should be given out by a judge or mayor or something, you can't just "buy" one, cuz any1 with descent money can "buy" one and search the warehouse for say, drugs, when they're only looking for guns. Also, if there's a poor cia agent, and he's on a lead but he can't buy the warrant. Lastly, if you can buy warrants, pple can do searches on their own and that' doesn't happen, it's usually a team of SWAT with an investigator or something.

Judge is given out like a regular job.... No mayor. They could spawn a ton on the current chief and have him give a good amount out to each of his higher pd people to disperse when someone needs one

The problem with a search warrent is that after it is used, how do we script it to be removed, removing would be easy but how to do we know when its been served?

have to have a higher ranking MCPD, CIA, or SWAT online to supervise the "search", and even if you have a warrant you can't use it unless authorized (thou ur pretty much authorized if u recieved it) all in all, the person with the warrant has to be trustworty and drop the warrant into a place where people can't get to.

Yea its kinda hard becuase the place you are searching may have multiple people requiring that show them the warrent

maybe show it to the owner and whoever shoots you and says ur "trespassing" you hold the owner accountable? HE should tell his pple that the place is bein searched.

like if u get shot/attacked/tazered and u live thru it. Hopefully u'll have body armor and the time to run away or retaliate and kill the dude. Cops do need to be trained with the use of firearms.

I'd say it would fill the slot of keys for /usedoor and once the command to open the door has been issued, it perishes. This would make more problems like the whole abuse, ut then again, you could just give it to the mayor and andre.
