Alright.
1. Picklocks are a little..off. Would it be possible to make the chance depend on rank? For erxample, Id have a 75% chance, while a trainee would have the chance it is now. If possible, picklock should be renamed "lockpick"
2. My agents were talking about having a black car for well-behaved CIA members. I thought id post it for them.

currently the car issue remains only for police staff, mainly because CIa has their lockpicks, while SWAT have force-door. A couple of SWAT have somehow managed to get their hands on cop cars, but otherwise it's limited to police only

MCPD and SWAT aren't undercover, so they have marked cars.

CIA could maybe have a black car, would be pretty cool.

I was thinking, since SWAT have a way inside building coding wise, CIA has a way in..... but the regular MCPD gets.... a shotgun limited to senior officers plus?

So maybe give MCPD senior officers and up access to /forcedoor
And make a SWAT Door C4 to allow them to break down bigger doors, but still allow them to use /forcedoor.

Well, the SWAT already has the trowable flashbangs... so maybe the CIA should be able to use them too? I know of a lot of situations when throwable flashbangs would be really handy..
