It would be kind of like the com that the MCPD uses but this way gangs could be more organized and talk to each other, over say..like..walkie talkies or something, you know? |

Unofficially, there is. Originally, the OOC chat was used as a means for holding conversation / comments that were irrelevant to the game. It now serves as a channel for such acts as spam. |
