Ok, if someone wants a hit, they do
amx_hit <Hitman's Name> <Target> <Price>
so:
amx_hit supernuker falcon 500

Supernuker = Hitman
Falcon = Target
500 = Payment

That would sent a message to supernuker
like this:

*Recieving Hit Intel....*
*******************

And 2 seconds later (so the person dosen't hit 1 for kung fu and accidently accept the hit)

It would display

**************
*----Hit Intel----*
**************
Contrator: Dest
Target: Falcon
Payment: $500

1) Accept
2) Decline

If accepted, it would send a message back to Dest saying "Supernuker has accepted your hit on Falcon for $500"

If declined, it would say Supernuker has -declined- your hit on Falcon for $500"

When Supernuker has killed Falcon, it would say to Dest "Supernuker has successfully terminated Falcon, transferring the $500..."

It would automatically send $500 from Dest to Supernuker
It would say to Supernuker "You have completed the hit on Falcon, Dest has sent you $500"
It would then print to admins "Supernuker has completed a hit on Falcon"
It would print to Falcon "Supernuker has completed a hit on you"

Notes:
Law Enforcement will not be able to use the hit system
If a hit is offered below $500, it is denied
Admins and hitmen will be happy and worship Dest.
If you do unhide, it displays your name for the hitman
If you do hide, it dosen't display but takes away $100 dollars from you (still displays to admins tho)

sorta confusing but it would work well.

By confusing I mean the command, you should label it as amx_hit <Hitman's Name> <Target> <Price>, not the other way.

It would be nice if you just said "/hirehit" and it gets you a list of hitmen on the server, you chose which one you want to use, chose who to hit off a list of whos on the server, and then enter the amount your willing to pay.

Also you should be able to hide your identity when you hire the hitman.

What if the target is an admin? It should be something like "A hit was placed." Or something like that.

This limits the hits so people don't have to think the hitman is DMing. At least limit the time for the next 5 minutes of the hitman you're dealing with, basically your changing hitmen to make more hits in 5 minutes then you can use the hitman you used first 5 minutes after.

Dest!! you should make it so the hitman isn't paid off right away. You should make it so they have to not get cuffed/killed right after they finish the hit, cause then they couldn't collect the reward money. If they do get killed, no reward money, if they get cuffed, make it pay him after he gets out of jail.

Nuker doesnt want that, and I agree, it takes skill to not get caught, maybe set a delay to a minute or two

Good idea, but I don't have time to edit the code right now...working on 4 plugins atm. Well 7 if you count the ones i haven't started.
