This is for sneaky, so i used his sig.
1>First you gotta open the image, than go to polygonal lasoo tool
(Taken so long to upload images lol)
2> Now select the section you want the shine in
3> Now Copy (Not cut) the part and past it on another layer
4> Now creat a new layer and select the gradient tool
5> Now click ctrl+G and chagne the layer option to color dodge, or what ever you think looks normal.
6> Now we are ready to go to image ready, so click the button and open image ready up
7> Now to star it off, click new layer on the animation tool
8> Now click and drag the gradient to were you want the shine to stop, let go of the mouse. in this case i moved it from left to the right.
9> Now click the tween button, and set your frames to add to 20 or more depending on how slow you want the shine to go.
10> Than when your done click the internet explorer icon on the left hadn pannel to preview it, click the image in the browser and save it, bam done.
