Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, while exploring the Forums, I had an idea. I believe it would great fun to host a "Photoshop off". "lolwut?" you may ask. I want to hold a competition to see who can Photoshop the best. Anything goes, any style, brushes, filters, etc. I need 3 Judges, as I will be one. I would've entered myself, but alas, I have no more Photoshop. Please let me know you will be entering through PM. Include your art in the PM, and give a short description of how you made it. The Winner will receive 20k in-game, and sexual favors from my self. (optional) Good luck, and happy Photoshopping.

No more Judges required. Just contestants, good luck.

The Due date is April 5th, so hurry.

Judges
Slippy
Tank
Gordan Fisherman

Contestants
Cobra
Nervegas
Silvia

Rules
1. Do not use Copyrighted work.
2. Do not steal art from others.
3. Do not be a prick/sore loser.
4. Just have a good time.
5. Do not "Flame".
6. Last, but not least. DO not break any of the rules above, or you can face disqualification.

Example: (Something I made)

Good luck. :D

Does 'copyrighted material' include renders?

It does, but if you give credit in your post, I do not mind.

I think you should choose a theme or certain style because I don't believe that you can fairly judge two different pieces unless they are trying give similar messages. For example, it's hard to judge between abstract, geometric art and a landscape. Feel free to disagree.

I know what your saying. But you cannot give an artist just something to make. I will be judging on "Creativity", not who did the best of what.

Kei, do you have any basic knowledge of "Photoshop"?

If you still need a judge, I can do it. I have CS3 and have all of the basics down and most of the intermediate skills. I was planning on, for a time in highschool, trying to become a texture artist for a company that animates (Pixar, ILM, ETC.). But alas, that field is extremely hard to get into one of the top-tier companies (And I got into a different college). But what I was implying was that I practiced PS for 4 years and thus have the ability to judge.

I'm sorry, but all of the spots have already been filled. I was only allowing up to 3 judges including myself. :/
