I use paint.net Free and it's pretty much a photoshop clone (with a few plug-ins, that are also free, you can do stuff like feather selection). Oh, and if you can't find where to download it, you're seriously retarded. (Seriously) |

I use paint.net as well. Free, easy to use, and powerful abilities. Also MUCH easier to install than GIMP. |

I just installed CS4 and the GUI improvements are pretty cool. I've never really bothered to try with GIMP because... I think they're the same. I just feel more familiar with Photoshop for some reason. I do use OpenOffice instead of Microsoft Office, though. |
