Its Parkour/ Urban Free running. (Pronounced Poke Coo Err) And Guess what? That guy is alright... And yes... I do Parkour.. Russian Style.. (Seriously I do.) AND REMEMBER.... BACK FLIPS ARE NOT PARKOUR. As parkour is a French sport Made by David Belle, and is about getting from A to B without Interupting the flow. and.... Always Roll after a big jump to avoid injury to your Knee's. |

Parkour....We call it's free running over here in california. I hear about it all the time, especially because half of my friends who skate also free run. All I know is that it has been around forever and is only becoming more famous now. Free running is pretty famous in long beach, though running around on vistas is a little easier then some of the places I've seen.
