Why buy a mobo with an on board GPU if your going to buy a GPU card.

I prefer to start with bare bone kits, and I'm currently thinking about getting this one. Barebones.

Though it might be out of your price range, or more power then you need.

Does your computer have PCIe ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express ) slots, AGP ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accelerated_Graphics_Port ), or just PCI? Be careful when looking for a PCIe slot because they look very similar to the AGP slot.

Edit:
I looked up the card and it looks like they only make a PCIe version. That leaves you with a lot of options, what are you looking to spend on a graphics card?

Why don't you get a new mobo too?

That really depends on how much my CPU would cost. I have around 400 to spend on it, though a new CPU is my main thing.

I'm thinking about getting this CPU:

You can't put an intel CPU on an AMD mobo.

Yeah, you will need to stick to AMD or upgrade your entire mobo.

Post subject:  Re: Computer help.

From the computer specs you posted above, you need a socket 939 chip. That is a socket AM2+ chip.

I've been told that an AM2+ chip would work :<
