The information below should help you find a solution to the error message presented by Windows* XP On Line Crash Analysis †. The OCA message you see may suggest that the error was caused by Intel® Application Accelerator RAID Edition (iastor.sys).

To resolve this issue, download and install version 4.7 of Intel Application Accelerator software. Version 4.7 is the latest version of the Intel Application Accelerator software and also supports Intel® Matrix Storage Technology.

Identify your Intel® Chipset and components

* Download the Intel Application Accelerator for an Intel® Chipset with an Intel® 82801ER I/O controller hub (ICH5R)
* Download the Intel Application Accelerator for an Intel® Chipset with an Intel® 82801FR I/O controller hub (ICH6R)
* Download the Intel Application Accelerator for an Intel® Chipset with an Intel® 82801FBM I/O controller hub (ICH6M)

If you can duplicate the issue and all attempts at troubleshooting have failed, you may send an e-mail for technical assistance.

† This link will take you off of the Intel Web site. Intel does not control the content of the destination Web Site.

Operating System:
