I've found an effective way of rooting out those people... Call the phone company and ask them to trace any abnormal phone numbers, such as when you're called by people like that. Normally you'll get the actual phone number instead of the fake one, and then you can track them down and shoot them. As for if they don't come up with it, simply reverse the prank on them and deliver threats or something... |

The number he was called from is from "Skype", a free computer program that lets you call anyone in the US for free, and it always displays the same number. I'm not sure how easy it'd be to trace that. It's probably possible to block that number on your phone. |
