Its my favorite sport, and I know that Maxwell plays alot.

I used to as well. In fact, Shadow and I played in the same league.  I haven't played it lately, but I watch the World Cup. |

Yea, thanks for the mention, because you know I would have thrashed you if you didn't associate me with soccer. Just kidding...you would kill me in a 1 on 1 I imagine...anywho... Just played our first season game last night against the division leader. We were up 2-1 in the first half, but got bombed 3-2 in the final. It was a really fun and aggressive game though. So intense! (For bragging rights... ) It is possible that people in my area have been known in some way or another over the years. A few years back, my indoor team, the Bombers, won a competition that ranked us second in the Northeastern region of the U.S. We were qualified to go to the National tournament in Chicago, but we lacked the funding and skill to compete. Also, my high school team has been blessed with an avid player from the U.S. National Team, a starting fullback and captain. Really, there's no reason for me to be saying this other than the fact that I am proud of what these people have been doing.So, yea, I've come to breathe soccer, and I'm sure Boo could say quite the same.  EDIT: I've got a video on my main page below of some skilled soccer players, including the great Ronaldinho, doing some very technical stuff in a montage style. Nice Mexwell. Are you a senior? Im only a sophmore (Spellcheck?) And I'm on the varsity. Im also playing for a NCSL U-18 soccer team that only play games, and doesn't practice. Btw , what school do you go to? You said eastern, and I live in Maryland. But anyways I'm reallly into futsal, and I'm all about the little quick foot moves. That would be cool if our teams ever played each other. >.> |

Jack, soccer/futbol is a thinking man's game. You can never consider American football to be harder than soccer. And I attend Susquenita High School. Yes, I'm a senior. But, no, I do not possess the experience or skills of someone at your level. I've been very fortunate to join talented teams, however. When my team had attended soccer camp at Gettysburg college last year, we actually found out that some teams from Maryland and New Jersey had heard of our indoor team (Bombers) from our tournament play, so that's why I mentioned that before. I found it to be interesting. |
