well i might be getting a psp for my birthday wich is next thursday March 30 and I know theres 2 version 1) that you can download games from your pc to your psp and play them 2) the new version You cant! So maybe some of u guys know this since you probably own a psp or know about the situation. All i know is that there 2 version but i dont know how to tell them apart im sure it has to be something with a code bar or something. And Also What kind of game you think is good for a psp I was thinking that GTA game what do you think? |

That game thing was way back and its going to be very hard for you to find a PSP running a system version that old. Also when your running the older version it wont play any new games, including GTA If your still interested your looking for system version 1.5 |

I read in my gamepro that porting games over from your PC into your PSP, is illegal. People (coders/hackers) would code old NES and SNES games onto their PC and transfer them into their PSPs. They released a patch to fix this, but the crafty hacking bastards actually back-dated their PSP versions, so they can keep switching games over. |

Er, duh its illegal ![]() But that doesn't stop people from doing it. And besides, even if its not legal, I spose its very convenient. For the newest version of PSP you can use GTA to transfer emulators and ROMs onto your PSP, but I wouldn't know about that, don't have GTA. |
