Umm, one night windows installed updates while the computer was shuting down. Is there anyway you can see what update you have? |

Go to help and support in the start menu, than go to System update. Check there if you have any other patches to download, if not id say your pretty much safe. |

This virus uses IRC to contact its host, it doesn't spread by it, not running irc will not protect you from infection. |

mirc never trasmits virus by itself. DCC can, so never use that... never. |
