Thanks for letting us know. We thought we had resolved this issue, but we see this is still happening. We are working with our techs to get this reolved ASAP. We know that there is someone that is sending mass spam from the server and it is using a huge amount of the servers resources. We are not sure if this is the ultimite problem or if there is something else causing this.

All would be fine if the mysql would restart as it should automatically. Rest assurred we will get to the bottom of this problem.

When the mysql fails it should trigger our monitors and we should recieve email alerts and alerts on our mobile phones. Well for some reason only when the mysql fails like it is, it is not setting off the monitors.
