SWG is an awsome game and all, but to spread out. And once you become a jedi(LONG ass time of training) and you die, your dead for good.

I got WoW and all i can say is defently worth the money. Im not to high of a leve but it still rocks, ask 1nf hes high lvl, its a pretty tight game.

Most of them aren't up anymore but, there used to be private WOW servers that were free to play on.

Yea, I had a level 23 Orc until the server shut down, http://www.blizzhackers.com used to provide tools and cracks to play with (including links to download the entire beta version) until blizzard stopped them recently. I used to have a program that automatically displayed all private servers, but the program was maintained and updated by a blizzhackers member. A very popular site that also listed servers that was shutdown is http://wowressources.free.fr/. It's hard to find servers nowadays but your best chance would be IRC.

nice.. but oh well i heard the severs lag like hell, to few people, skills dont work, nothing works, but heck thats like RO when it started.. heck theres still alot of things being worked on

Lag was pretty bad on some servers but it was tolerable; the problem with enemies, spells, and some races was the database files. When blizzard made the game they kept all the quests and AI information on their servers. When private servers came out several groups made custom databases such as WDDG or DB. Another problem was the server emulators, you had to use outdated versions of the game because of the compatibility conflicts with new emulators and databases. There would be glitches in some servers like, being stuck sitting down and sliding around, dying and not being able to leave the 'land of the dead' (don't know what it's offical name is). If your were lucky enough to get an emulator and some databases before blizzard stopped them it is possible to run WOW on LAN or singleplayer. You might be able to get an emulator here but I doubt it.
