Since someone asked me a bunch of questions about the setup, I decided to post it for those who are curious:
Custom Plugins
- NukeSilo's Admin Pager - Just like the one on all our servers, sm_page to request an admin.
- Kigen's Anti-Cheat - Adds another layer of cheat protection to the server. Makes sure players aren't using any illegal cvars/commands/settings, the rest is self explanatory
- GScramble - Automatically scrambles the team if one team is steam rolling the other. Also adds a a !votescramble command for players to vote to scramble manually.
- Round End Alltalk - Turns all talk on at the end of each round. Allows all the players to (smack) talk to the other team. Turns off 5 seconds after the next round (setup) starts.
- TF2 Stats - Tracks your kills/deaths and global rank among other players in the server. Stats can be found at http://tf2stats.nukesilo.net. (Last reset: July 25th, 2010)
General Settings
- Respawn timer is disabled (see http://forums.nukesilo.net/viewtopic.php?f=112&t=8093)
- If a stalemate occurs the round will go into a melee-only sudden death.
- You may be idle for 3 minutes before you're automatically moved to spectators. If you remain idle, you will be automatically kicked.
- MapVoting occurs during the bonus round of the last round or when there is 3 minutes left. Rocking the vote (say "rtv") is possible to start voting early, maps can be nominated by saying "nominate".
- Arena Settings
- Map voting around every 15 minutes
- Round Time: 3 Minutes
- First Blood Crit Bonus is enabled
- CTF Settings
- Captures to win round: 3
- Map time limit: 45 minutes (Prevents stalemates causing a never-ending game, but players can vote to extend if they want)
- KOTH Settings
- Map voting after every 3 rounds.
- CP/PL Settings
- Map voting after every 2 full rounds/games.
- PLR/TC Settings
- Map voting after every full round/game.
- Map time limit: None, since the game doesn't support a time limit on PLR maps. (Untested on TC, if someone wants to give me the answer I'd appreciate it.)
Suggestions and feedback regarding settings and plugins are always welcome.
