A few hours ago Nikolai Isakov was in the bar drinking vodka like there was no tommorow... he knew, for him there wasn't going to be. He drank himself into a stupor, didn't pay his tab, and left towards the park. Being found wasn't something he expected, he passed out in front of a civilian. The civilian called 911 and the NCPD showed up to take him to the hospital. A detective from a neighboring city will come and take his place at the NCPD. Suicide note: To whom it may concern, I hope you all have a good life without me. Many happy times and many sad ones you may cope with better than me. Also, as a side note from this, Chief Jameson i believe your officers should from now on have a zero alcohol tolerance level. До свидания дорогие друзья, я желаю вам всем очень счастливое время.
