Standing over a small hole in his back yard, Nikolai Isakov placed a pack of cigarettes and a zippo lighter in the hole and buried it. This commenced a month of nothing but vodka, paper work and interviews. The young NCIU investigator couldn't be happier for himself when he was finnished. Still having a problem with drinking but the way he sees it , "We all have our flaws". Give him your support and help him quit drinking. |
