Hello citizens of Nuke City, this is Dr. Daniel Maylene Director of the NCMD. Tomorrow evening I will be holding a press conference at a to-be-determined location. All citizens of Nuke City are invited to attend, and heads of the other public service agencies are encouraged to be there as well. I do not want to cause a panic, so let me assure you that this is a happy announcement. Please spread the word around, and bring all your friends and family with you.
