Three (3) counts of Conspiring to Murder. Two (2) counts of Murder of a Public Servant Two (2) counts of Conspiring to Murder a Public Servant Twenty-Three (23) counts of Destroying Public Property One (1) count of Impersonating a Public Servant Eleven (11) counts of Obstruction of Justice You are therefore ordered to arrest the above defendant and bring him or her forthwith to the nearest magistrate.
