Name:riley260 RP Name:kman smith Steam ID:STEAM_0 : 0 : 19169167 Have you been in the MD before:no If Yes, Where, When: How long have you been roleplaying:2 weeks What Days/Times of the week can you be active:evey day Why I should select you for the job:Because i want to help the NC community and help keep people healthy and also help with any emergency's. Tell me How you will RP your job as medical professional successfully: "Sir, how can i help you?" "The doctor will see you shortly..." "You need to arrange an appointment to see the Dr." "Anything else i can help you with sir?" Describe to me how you would deal with a gun shot wound: "See if their are any vital organs / arteries have been hit. if not then give immediate attention to the affected area. If it is an emergency rush to the hospital and preform needed treatment. Describe to me how you would deal with someone that is mentally unstable:assess what i can do to help them, is the are mentally unstable to the point of bodily harm i will call 911 immediately for police assistance. if not listen to them and see if there can be something done about the situation or if any other treatment can be given. Any other comments: If i were to become a part of NCMD i will give my full attention to the civilians, showing them the utmost kindness and concern for what ever they might have/need/or want. |

App. Status: DENIED Please don't insult my intelligence, by stealing someones app and thinking I'll believe that you pulled this out of your ass after your numerous failures to follow simple directions. Don't apply for the MD again. |
