Evening, My name is Roger Cleary, and I am interested in bringing in a new career opportunity to the Nuke City Police Department, as well as filling it. I spoke with the Deputy Commissioner earlier, and she asked me to write an email to the Recruitment Office. We discussed an Idea I had. I've noticed that a lot of the police officers aren't specifically trained in negotiating with any and all kinds of situations. If there was a position made available for such commitments, the negotiator would have to have the guts to enter a PHA (Potentially Hazardous Area), unarmed, and at the disposal of the criminal. Working with quick and clear wits, the Negotiator would have to end the situation before it became dangerous and bullets began to fly. The other side of the job is NCPD Psychologist. This part of the job is a very important and interesting aspect needed in any major business, state or privatelly owned. The job would be made to benefit those who serve under NCPD, and any other state department, to help the workers relieve of their stress. The Psychologist would help direct members in the proper direction to be the best of the best that NC has seen. In the line of duty, many men (and women) fall under a lot of stress, and often, it can be too much for them to carry on their shoulders. Enabling such position would allow for the members to have someone to talk to when needed. I don't believe two different jobs is a must, I believe one person can take care of both jobs. The person again, must be clear minded, open minded, and well wited. I am asking for these jobs to be considered, and at the same time applying for it. I hold previous experience in Fisk City as Mayor, Chief of Police, and Reverand. As Mayor, I helped train every working class of the city and develop drills to ensure civilian safety; As Chief of Police, I often found myself being the key negotiator, ending most problems before violence became necessary; Lastly, as Reverand, I took in anyone, anyone who needed help and a relief from everyday pressures, and listened to all their problems. Sincerely, Roger Cleary |
