Dear Chiefs of the NCPD, I propose to you, the promotion of your captain, Victor Simone. After long hours of seeing him active on the server, I feel as though this officer may be one of your finest. His RP skills, and friendliness best exemplifies the actual characteristics of a police officer. His eloquent speaking style can not be matched. He uses his punctuation, grammar, and words correctly. He can handle any situation he is put up to, and is always happy to take lead. Without this man on your force, you may not be where you are. I have seen him countless times taking out many people in a raid on the warehouse, WHILE receiving fire from many of them. His skill and stealth may just be what this city needs most. I would like to put him forward as the new city Inspector. He is a valuable asset to the team, I can assure you that. He is on the server longer than any man I have ever seen. Even if there are only 3 people on, he is there. He knows your codes by heart, and he follows the letter of the law. His promotion would bring joy the police department, many know that this is meant for him. I have high hopes for this officer, he is one of the greatest I have met so far.
