On the issue of experience: If you have a decent training program going on, its better to take a nonexperienced rper and turn them into something decent than get an experienced one with "experience" in rp-dm servers rather than just rp servers. |

Yea, I would accept him as a rookie, and then train him. Watch how he does, etc. He if he doesn't do it right then just teach him not to do that. |

Interview him first so you know his typing faults or if he does detailed /me's and stuff you know he's a good RPer. |

I'll put my input in. Earlier today, I was arresting "Fox 'The Fox' Furry", he was in cuffs, alex wong jump kicked him and then ran inside the warehouse to DM the guy inside there. So, I don't think it would be a good idea to hire him. |
